Esther Gonzalez shares her story

I am a patient of Laredo Sports Medicine Clinic, I want to take a moment to thank the Physician Assistant, Irene Esparaza, Medical Assistants Lizette Martinez, and Jessica Turgeon, Claudia Soto and Andrea Palacios, Xray Technicians and all other medical professionals and staff who each and collectively have made my experience at the LSMC facility as positive, no stress, and successful as it could be.

On November 6, 2019, I was referred by my primary doctor to the LSMC facility for the 1st time with broken humerus bone. I was in excruciating pain. From the ladies and gents at the front desk to the ladies at the registration/finance office, every single person I came in contact with were big smiles, polite, professional, caring and kind.

Since then, I have been seeing Ms. Esparaza for follow ups appointments. Each visit is very thorough, informative, kind and compassionate. She has been able to identify issues and has clear concise answers. She takes lengthy amount of time speaking with me in order to ensure proper clarification, care, and home therapy.
I feel so at ease with her and I am very confident in the course of all my examinations results.

Lizzette Martinez, is a very warm, caring medical assistant and has been from day one so positive and comforting during all my visits. She demonstrates an extraordinary compassion for patients.

Jessica Turgeon, she is so kind, patient, and very supportive in explains the examination process in detail.

Ms Claudia Soto and Andrea Palacios, X ray technicians are super awesome and understanding given the amount of pain and stress I was enduring during X ray procedures, they went over and beyond to ensure my comfort, and safety was paramount.

I hope my thanks will be passed along to the crew and Ms Esparaza’s team because they just don’t hear THANK YOU enough.

I deeply appreciate the fact that I and community have access to such high quality organization of professionals and faciities like LSMC.
